I never grew up a runner. My journey began with a simple 5K for a nonprofit fundraiser, a small step that uncovered something I never knew existed within. That single race sparked a curiosity to see how far I could push myself, and it opened the door to a journey I never imagined.
Since then, I have had the privilege of running marathons across all seven continents and joining the exclusive Seven Marathon Club. I also became the first Eritrean to run a marathon in Antarctica. In addition to this global achievement, I have trekked to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest point in Africa.
Each challenge and moment of discomfort allowed me to learn, unlearn, and discover that I am capable of more, as long as I am willing to try. In time, these lessons formed the foundation of The 641 Principles, a framework designed to help others uncover their own potential.
"The greatest reward isn't just crossing the finishing line, it's discovering what's possible and inspiring others to do the same."
